Blair holds the A.R.I.C.S. Qualification (UK: Associate of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and has nearly three decades of in-depth experience in the construction industry. Much of this experience was gained in contracting environments which have included a number of senior roles in the UK and Europe. Returning to New Zealand in the early nineties, and after 7 years of local experience in the Auckland commercial market working for Main Contractors, Blair founded Winson Green Limited and has been delivering quality consulting services ever since.
